Returns & Refund
You can return items for an exchange or store credit within 30 days. However, all discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want you to be thrilled with your experience at Westside Dog Gang, so we're here to help. If something isn't right, email us at woof@westsidedoggang.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product name(s), and why it didn't work.
We can only process returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Sadly, we can't refund your original shipping charges/processing fees. You'll need to cover the return shipping costs.
Can I exchange or swap out a product?
Sure thing! We can exchange unused, unworn items with tags still on. Please email us at woof@westsidedoggang.com and put 'Product Exchange' in the subject line.
My item is damaged! What's the move?
Dang, that's a bummer! Shoot us an email at woof@westsidedoggang.com with your order number, full name, and a pic of the damaged goods, and we'll send you a new one free of charge!
My package is missing or lost! What should I do?
If your order's gone missing or got lost in the mail, contact your local post office and file a missing package request. Unfortunately, we can't refund missing packages, as that's out of our control, but we are happy to help you during the process.
